The Canal Fulton Cheese Factory was opened in 1912 by Fred Dahler and Jacob Berger, who also ran a Cheese Factory in New Berlin (now known as North Canton). It operated out of the old location of St. John's Lutheran Church at 555 Market St W after the church relocated to its current location at 336 Market St W.[1]. It is unknown how long the cheese factory operated, but the building is currently a private residence.
